Curtain carrier - 2002

The sash and the wheels are made of nylon. The contact of nylon and aluminum guarantees soundless rolling. A Stainless steel chain attaches the hook and the sash.

Carriers

Two carriers are required for each linear foot plus 10% for curtains. This is recommended for smooth functioning of the rail.

How to calculate the required amount of carriers

15 foot rail = 180 inches +10% = 18 inches
198 inches/6 inches = 33 carriers + 1 for start

Alco Track Rail - 062

Made of aluminum. Made in Quebec. Dimensions are 1-3/8’’ x ¾’’.

Stopper accessory - 162

Only one stopper is required for each rail. It is made of aluminum. It is placed on the rail end to prevent the carriers from sliding out.

Stopper accessory allowing adding carriers - 262

Only one stopper is required for each rail. It is made of aluminum. It is used on rail ends to insert or remove carriers. There are two (2) pieces. One stopper can be removed to allow the carriers to roll.

Connector– Right-hand Curved Track - 5063

One 12’’ connector must be added on U-shaped tracks. It links a curved track and a straight track together.

Connector – Straight Track - 6063

One 6’’ aluminum connector must be added on U-shaped tracks. It links two straight tracks together.

Ceiling bracket - 3063

There must not be a larger distance than 4 feet in between each support. It is made of aluminum finish nylon. The support links the hanger rod to the ceiling for ceiling-hung installation.

Hanger rod - 7063

This ¾’’ square-shaped aluminum rod is available in different lengths. It is used to lower the track level when required (ceiling-hung installation for ceiling higher than 8 feet high).

Hanger rod bracket - 4063

Only one bracket is required for each hanger rod. It is made of nylon and has an aluminum finish. It links the hanging track to the hanger rod.

Wall Bracket - 2063

For each piece of track fixed to the wall, only on bracket is required. The bracket is made of aluminum and has an aluminum finish. It links the hanging track to the hanger rod.
