What Groupe Sani-Tech Does

Groupe Sani-Tech is a subcontractor in the construction industry. We manufacture and distribute architectural products for commercial and institutional buildings. We’ve even been the biggest in our field in Quebec for 50 years. Not bad, eh?!

What will you do more concretely?

• Lead or actively participate in various strategic projects;
• Carry out the overall management of the finance department;
• Analyze and validate monthly financial statements and management reports;
• Manage and forecast cash flow;
• Analyze and supervise the annual (and monthly) budgeting process and long-term forecasts;
• Analyze and supervise investment projects;
• Meet the specific needs of managers by producing relevant financial analyses;
• Explain and document the highlights of variances between actual results and budget forecasts;
• Participate in establishing the short, medium and long term financial strategy;
• Enforce internal control standards;
• Supervise the year-end financial process;
• Ensure the optimization and implementation of business processes;
• Negotiate and implement financing strategies with financial partners;
• Act as the designated person responsible for financial, tax, and legal compliance for the company;
• Manage employees and external professionals (accountants, insurers, lawyers, IT, etc.);
• Manage the computer park; and
• Supervise the process of searching for grants and/or tax credits applicable to the company.

What’s the pay? A handful of bitcoins annually. Okay, for real!, your vision of team management, your personality, and your experience will influence our offer, so we’ll discuss it together. You also participate in the annual bonus program.

You have what it takes to join us if you:

• Hold a CPA title, with a minimum of 5 years of experience;
• Are bilingual (French-English);
• Are very familiar with business processes and internal controls;
• Have experience in accounting management of an SME (an asset);
• Are familiar with the construction and manufacturing industries (an asset);
• Have knowledge of cost management and costing;
• Master the Office suite or Gsuite and have advanced knowledge of EXCEL/SHEET;
• Have benevolent leadership, participatory management and a unifying spirit;
• Demonstrate excellent communication, priority management and interpersonal skills; and
• Are known for your integrity, strategic thinking, and ability to analyze and solve problems.
